"Sometimes it's said that those who can't do, teach. I want to break this paradigm by being, on one hand, an entrepreneur with long-term practical experience and a trainer of entrepreneurs, and on the other hand, a lifelong learner with broad theoretical knowledge.
Over the years, I have acquired more in-depth knowledge in three fields – physics, economics, and political science. This combination helps me understand the broader interaction of society and economy, and knowledge combined with practical experiences gives my teaching a multifaceted approach.
As an entrepreneur, I have been involved with nearly 10 companies, from energy production to training. Those entering the entrepreneurial world are as diverse as I am as an entrepreneur, and all those thousands of people who have been in front of me for longer or shorter periods have given me a pretty thorough picture of who or what an entrepreneur is.
Having worked as a trainer and lecturer in various Estonian universities for the last 16 years as a lecturer in economics, financial management, and entrepreneurship, I have helped thousands of starting entrepreneurs launch their businesses with my training. I can say that out of every 10 people passing me on the street, at least 1 always says 'hello' to me."
