He has worked across diverse sectors including public services, forestry, commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and finance. Gunnar's notable collaborations span organisations such as Helmes, the State Forest Management Centre, AgileWorks, and the Estonian Forest and Wood Industries Association.
In addition to his professional endeavours, Gunnar has actively contributed to the advancement of project management, serving as a volunteer with the Estonian Project Management Association for seven years. He holds prestigious certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 Foundation, Prince2 Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Committed to fostering talent, Gunnar has conducted project management workshops for students at the University of Tartu, Pärnu College. He is an alumnus of Tallinn Polytechnic Institute, specialising in automation.
