Noah Gans is the Anheuser-Busch Professor of Management Science and a Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions at the University of Pennsylvania.
Professor Noah Gans's research focuses on service operations, and he has a particular interest in the management of telephone call centers. He is the Department Editor of Stochastic Models and Simulation for Management Science. In 2010-2011, he was the President of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (MSOM). At Wharton, Noah teaches an MBA core course on Business Analytics, an MBA elective course on Service Operations, and Ph.D. courses in operations management.
Sergei Savin is an Associate Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions at the University of Pennsylvania.
Professor Savin’s research expertise is centered on operational aspects of health care delivery, improving patient access to care, and optimal management of diagnostic and treatment capacity. His articles have appeared in Management Science, Operations Research, and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, among others, and he also actively participates in editorial activities for several premier journals including Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. Professor Savin teaches a PhD course on optimization, the core MBA course on Business Analytics.
Cade Massey is a Practice Professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
Cade Massey, a Practice Professor at Wharton's Operations, Information and Decisions Department, specializes in judgment under uncertainty. With a PhD from the University of Chicago, he's conducted research at Duke and Yale before joining Penn. His work, encompassing diverse areas like the NFL draft and 401k savings, has been featured in major publications and led to collaborations with Google, Merck, and sports teams. He's published extensively, received teaching awards, and co-teaches Wharton's "People Analytics" MOOC. Massey also co-directs Wharton People Analytics, co-hosts "Wharton Moneyball" on SiriusXM, and co-created the Massey-Peabody NFL Rankings.
