Alek boasts extensive experience in methodologies for improving technology, service, manufacturing, and industrial processes. His diverse background, coupled with his eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and methodologies, enables him to bring innovative approaches to business growth.
Alek served at Skype, where he was tasked with facilitating the organization's global transition to the Scrum methodology. This role required him to handle 60 products, coordinating with development teams spread across over 12 time zones and six offices. He has advised several private Estonian entities (including Skeleton Technologies, Telia, SatProf, Tavrida Electric Export, Green Industry Services) and public sector organizations (like SMIT, Töötukassa, Haigekassa) in transforming business models and operational processes, and in designing and developing innovative services.
Alek has trained hundreds of individuals, equipping them to tackle new market challenges and understand how to efficiently utilize suitable techniques and tools for the task.
